LLC 1 – Policy (February 2022)

This session focused on policy, both state and federal. Our speakers shared information and insights on early childhood policy opportunities, legislation to watch, and policy strategy ideas.

An AIFK discussion on “Growing and Scaling Impact: Challenges and Opportunities”, with Dan Porterfield of the Aspen Institute and Katie Albright from Safe & Sound, an AIFK grantee.

LLC 3 – Operationalizing an Equity Framework (May 2022)

Our speaker in this session, Kristene Cristobal, shares a tool she has been developing in coordination with the Blue Shield of California Foundation to synthesize the wisdom of thought leaders, residents, and people with lived experience about how to center equity in collaboration and how to measure it through a set of values, capabilities, processes, behaviors and mindsets that underpin health equity efforts.

LLC 4 – The Relational Work of Systems Change (June 2022)

What does it take to create radical systems change? LLC 5 – All In For Kids Theory of Change and Outcome Mapping (July 2022)

Tune in as our evaluation partners, Engage R+D, facilitate a process to review a draft, collective Theory of Change for All In For Kids. Tips for individual grantee site outcome mapping and how all of these pieces connect to upcoming evaluation activities were also shared.
